1. Promoter

The promoter is Rebirt Limited (trading as “HempHash”), registered in England (the “Promoter”). Questions about the promotion can be sent to support@hemphash.co.uk.

2. The game

“Weed & Win” is a free-to-enter football prediction game (the “Promotion”). Participants use a virtual in-game currency called “Weedies” to predict match results and climb a leaderboard. Weedies have no monetary value, cannot be purchased for cash, exchanged for cash or transferred, and exist solely to play the game.

3. Promotion period

The Promotion opens on 11 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 19 July 2026. Predictions submitted after the relevant match kick-off, or after the closing date, will not be counted.

4. Eligibility

Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry, excluding employees and immediate families of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. A valid HempHash account is required. Proof of age, identity and UK residency may be requested.

5. How to enter (no purchase necessary)

To enter, sign in to (or create) your free HempHash account and submit your match predictions in the game at hemphash.co.uk/apps/predictions. Entry and play are completely free and no purchase is necessary to enter or to win. Every participant receives free Weedies on sign-up and further free Weedies for logging in each day.

6. Earning Weedies & free entry route

Players may optionally earn additional Weedies by purchasing products from HempHash (1 Weedie per £1 spent). Purchasing is entirely optional and is not required to enter or win. A free alternative is available on equal terms: any participant may request the same number of bonus Weedies, free of charge, by sending their name, account email and a first- or second-class stamped letter (no special delivery) to the Promoter, or by emailing support@hemphash.co.uk with the subject “FREE WEEDIES”. Free requests are credited on the same basis as the paid route so that no participant gains an entry advantage by spending money.

7. Predictions & scoring

Players stake Weedies on their predicted outcomes for listed fixtures. Correct predictions are rewarded with Weedies in accordance with the rules shown in-game at the time of each fixture. The Promoter’s record of predictions and scores is final.

8. Leaderboard & tie-breaks

Participants are ranked by their total Weedies at the close of the Promotion. In the event of a tie, the prize will be awarded to the participant who reached that total first; if still tied, the Promoter may use a further skill-based tie-break or a supervised random draw.

9. Prizes

The Top 10 ranked participants each win a prize according to their final position on the leaderboard:

• 2nd prize: a DJI drone
• 3rd prize: an England national team shirt
• 4th prize: a £500 HempHash gift card
• 5th prize: a £250 HempHash gift card
• 6th prize: an Apple Watch SE
• 7th prize: a home cinema sound bar
• 8th prize: a Bluetooth speaker
• 9th prize: a pair of Bluetooth headphones
• 10th prize: a £100 HempHash gift card

Prizes are subject to availability; any product images shown elsewhere on this page are for illustration only. There is no cash alternative and prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter may substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary.

10. Winner notification

Winners will be notified by email to their registered HempHash address within 7 days of the closing date and must confirm acceptance and provide a UK delivery address within 14 days. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible participant.

11. Delivery

Prizes will be delivered to a UK mainland address within 28 days of the winner confirming their details.

12. Conduct & disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify any participant who breaches these terms, tampers with the entry process, uses multiple or fake accounts, bots or any fraudulent or abusive means. Such participants forfeit any entitlement to a prize.

13. Liability

Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage or disappointment arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received due to technical failures.

14. Data protection

Personal data is processed to administer the Promotion and award prizes, in accordance with UK GDPR and the HempHash Privacy Policy. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable post-event publicity. The surname and county of winners can be obtained by writing to the Promoter for one month after the closing date.

15. General

The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary (for example, for circumstances beyond its control), without liability to participants. Entry is deemed acceptance of these terms. This Promotion is a free prize draw and is not a lottery or a bet. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any football organisation, social network or platform.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
